Vine growing of ground: arbour. Production per hectare: 140 quintals. Harvest: manual, following the ripening curves. Wine production system: gentle grapes pressing temperature controlled fermentation only of the limpid run. Aging and affination: before bottling, the wine is refined in steel tanks, flowed by bottle aging. Organoleptic features: brillant straw yellow, fresh bouquet, fragrant, aromatic and pleasant. Fine and elegant on the palate, fresh and harmonic. Service temperature: 10°-12°C.
